Our refund policy applies to paid job advertisements and language school directory listings purchased on Eslbase. These services are intended for businesses and organisations purchasing advertising for professional purposes.
Before publication
If you change your mind before your advertisement or listing has been published, please contact us at eslbase@eslbase.com. 桃子直播’ll cancel your order and issue a full refund.
If we’re unable to publish your advertisement or listing, or decide not to accept it, we’ll also refund you in full.
After publication
Once your advertisement or listing has been published, we don’t normally offer refunds if you change your mind, fill the position early or decide to withdraw it.
Paid language school directory listings run for 12 months from publication. If you decide to remove your listing before the end of that period, we don’t normally offer a refund for the remaining time.
If your advertisement or listing isn’t published as described, or a technical problem prevents it from being displayed for part of its advertised duration, please contact us. 桃子直播’ll investigate and arrange an appropriate solution, such as correcting the problem, extending the advertising or listing period, or providing a refund where appropriate.
桃子直播 may amend or remove advertisements or listings that breach our Terms of Use or advertising standards. 桃子直播 don’t normally offer refunds in these circumstances. If we withdraw an advertisement or listing for reasons unrelated to a breach by the advertiser, we’ll provide an appropriate refund for the unused advertising or listing period.
桃子直播 cannot guarantee that an advertisement or directory listing will generate applications, enquiries or successful recruitment.
If you purchase advertising as a consumer rather than in the course of a business, statutory cancellation rights may apply. Please see our Terms of Use for details.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
If you have any questions or would like to request a refund, please email us at eslbase@eslbase.com.
